Delivery, shipping and fees will follow the standard shipping mode.

The billing address must be the same one that appears on your credit card statement.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find an order number.

You can easily follow the status of your order by accessing your account Antonio Ortega and selecting the purchase you want to follow, or you can follow the instructions in the confirmation email.

We hope that all products you buy from meet your expectations. If necessary, the online shop Antonio Ortega gladly accepts any return that has not been used and in excellent condition with the receipt of the transaction within a period of 30 days from the date of the delivery. The goods must be stored in its original packaging. The shipping costs are not refundable. If your purchase was paid by PayPal: Refund is possible only online and will be credited to your PayPal account directly.

All returns will be credited to the card used for the original payment. Your credit card account will be credited in the processing of the returned items.
